I'm grateful every day that I found Gary and Balanced Fitness. Never one to stick with a workout routine, I now show up regularly and really look forward to it. Balanced Fitness is the perfect name for training with Gary Clark . He successfully balances my desire to be stronger, healthier and more fit with my need to be careful and protective of my various injured body parts. Gary combines strength training while also incorporating exercise and stretches I learned at physical therapy. His knowledge of how the body and its muscle groups work is outstanding. This enables him to create a work out program that is tailored to my needs. His gym is a safe, private space filled with an assortment of equipment that allows our workouts to be fluid, and constantly changing, so there are always exciting new ways to challenge myself. For the past 12 years I have amazed myself, as the amount of weight I can lift and the amount of repetitions I can do constantly increases.
